FOUNDER + CEO
As the CEO and Emmy Award Winning Videographer of Falco Creative Media, I’ve had the pleasure (and occasional caffeine-fueled late nights) of working with over 120 clients to turn their ideas into visual stories that actually make people stop scrolling. My career started as a sports reporter, anchor, and videographer, where I learned to navigate the chaos of live events and the ever-changing media landscape. (Think: tight deadlines, chasing the perfect angle, and occasionally sidestepping NFL receivers barreling toward me on the sidelines). I’ve had the honor of covering everything from Nebraska Cornhuskers and Kansas Jayhawks games to the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals.
With nearly two decades of videography under my belt, I’ve honed the art of creating content that hits the mark—whether it’s a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it social clip or a full-length feature. I’m all about storytelling, from brainstorming the big idea to editing the final cut with obsessive attention to detail. (Yes, I’ve debated the impact of a single frame more times than I’d like to admit.)
My mission? Helping brands connect with their audiences in a way that’s authentic, memorable, and effective. Whether I’m capturing the vibe of a live event, crafting an eye-catching digital ad, or just making sure everyone’s hair looks great on set, I’m here to make your vision shine. Bonus: I promise we’ll have fun while doing it!
When I’m not wrangling cameras, I’m wrangling my three boys—which basically means I’m a part-time referee, snack distributor, and full-time mess cleaner-upper. I’m a sucker for sporting events (on and off the sidelines), spontaneous shopping trips, and any excuse to book a getaway. I survive on coffee and have a hard time saying no to a social event—especially when a glass of good red wine is involved. And let’s not forget my true passion: watching an absurd number of movies with my husband, Matt.

Molly O’Connell
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Born and raised in Minnesota, she is currently pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene at Herzing University. Molly was the Hennen family nanny for four years, where she gained a firsthand view of Katie’s dedication to her business, clients, and family.
Since joining FCM, Molly has worked on multiple client experience projects and has been a production assistant on over 60 shoots, showcasing her versatility and commitment.
A devoted Dachshund lover, coffee enthusiast, travel fanatic, and proud Midwesterner, Molly plays a key role in keeping the team organized and energized.

Jenna Hansen
MARKETING ASSISTANT/PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Jenna plays a key role in managing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and supporting video marketing campaigns. With a Bachelor of Science in Applied Leadership and a Minor in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Jenna brings a strong foundation in creativity and strategic thinking to the team.
Outside of work, Jenna is passionate about staying active, traveling, reading, and exploring local coffee spots as a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast.
She thrives on collaborating with Katie and the talented team at Falco Creative Media, helping businesses grow through innovative and impactful marketing strategies.

Matthew Coppersmith
DRONE PILOT
Matthew is a photographer, woodworker, and FAA-licensed drone pilot. As the co-owner of Coppersmith Photography, he leads the aerial photography side of the business, capturing the world from a unique perspective.
In addition to photography, Matthew is the owner of Coppersmith Customs, where he designs and builds custom installation pieces for businesses and homes.
A true craftsman, he has a deep love for all things wood—trees, sawdust, and the tools that shape them. When he’s not behind the camera or in the workshop, he enjoys video gaming, axe throwing, and spending time with his wife, Amy, and their three kids.

Amy Coppersmith
PHOTOGRAPHER
Amy is a photographer, storyteller, and co-owner of Coppersmith Photography, an editorial studio specializing in corporate and small business photography.
Her work has earned multiple accolades, including the 2017 Emerging Artist Award from the Central MN Arts Board, six Minnesota Star Awards for Best Event Photographer, four nominations for MN Meetings and Events Best of Photographer, and recognition as a Top 100 Photographer in the world by Shoot & Share.
Outside of photography, Amy loves reading, sports, Photoshop, and jewelry.
